This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and creative Learning department working towards making Tate the most artistically adventurous and culturally inclusive museum in the world.

We are looking for an Administrator to join the Public Programme team, who are responsible for developing a programme of more than 300 events, including talks, tours, courses and workshops aimed at diverse adult audiences at Tate Modern and Tate Britain each year. As Administrator you will manage the financial and programme administration for the team, provide administrative and diary support to the Convenor who leads the team, and support the successful working of the Public Programmes team as a whole. You will have experience of financial and diary management, and be confident in using excel. Often the first point of contact for enquiries, you will be confident in sharing information with a range of audiences, and be able to prioritise workloads within a busy office environment.

In this role, you will work closely with the team of Public Programme Assistant Curators, Curators and Convenor, and colleagues across the Learning team.
