An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Tate Development Office to join a passionate and dynamic team that lies at the heart of Tate. Our Development Office implements strategies to raise support across all sectors for a breadth of revenue and capital projects. It raises money from corporate events, membership and sponsorship, trusts and foundations, the public sector and individual donors to strengthen Tate’s collection and physical presence. Having expanded to meet growing gallery needs, this fundraising team has become one of the most successful in the UK.

We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to support the Development Manager, Collections and Legacy within the Major Gifts team, and offer additional support to the Associate Director, Operations and Strategy and the Tate Fund programme, and ensuring the highest level of supporter care at all times.

Keen to start a career in fundraising, you will have proven experience in a range of administrative duties with both excellent relationship building skills and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. Your strong organisational skills and methodical approach will allow you to work on a number of tasks simultaneously, be able to prioritise effectively and work with accuracy.
