This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic person with an aptitude for juggling multiple projects to co-ordinate the workflow of a wide range of design projects for Tate, with both print and digital output.

Tate Creative Studio manages the design and production of a variety of material for all Tate sites, from exhibition advertising campaigns to exhibition design, including interpretation and learning material and corporate communications. 
Assisting the Head of Creative and liaising with a variety of external contacts such as printers and other suppliers, you’ll traffic the projects through the studio to ensure that every project produced is of the highest quality and delivered on time and to budget. You will oversee workflow and co-ordinate the design and production of a wide range of material, from posters and outdoor advertising to press and digital adverts, flyers and leaflets.
With previous experience of overseeing design and production schedules and ability to manage a variety of projects you will be highly organised and have strong communication and people skills. Your solid IT skills along with an excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software will be crucial when from time to time you may be required to get involved when deadlines are looming.
This position is offered on a fixed-term contract for one year.
