Acquisition Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated person to be a part of the Tate marketing team, to co-ordinate, implement and optimise Tate membership acquisition marketing.

It is an exciting moment to join Tate: with a world class exhibition programme in 2019 including Vincent van Gogh, the opportunity to grow our membership scheme, already one of the largest in the UK, and to share art with broad and diverse audiences.

Working with the Marketing and Communications Managers, your role will focus on developing the acquisition strategy for membership. This will include planning, implementing and optimising marketing activity to acquire new Members as well as reactivating lapsed Members across online and offline channels.

In this broad-ranging role, you will work with teams across Tate to identify the most promising audiences for membership and deliver campaigns that target them at the most impactful moments.

This is an outstanding opportunity if you have a creative and entrepreneurial approach to marketing, with the ability to work flexibly under pressure and the ambition to continually exceed targets. Meticulous and resourceful, you will be a proven team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, a highly developed attention to detail and excellent proof-reading skills.

Previous experience in an arts marketing environment is not essential, and we encourage all applicants who are able to demonstrate the required range of transferable skills required to apply for this role.

This position is offered on a fixed-term contract until February 2020.
