Here at Tate, our mission is to increase everyone’s enjoyment, access and understanding of art.
We believe that everyone should have access to art and that it plays an important role in society. We express this through the work of our four galleries, Tate Liverpool, Tate St Ives, Tate Britain and Tate Modern, our digital platforms and collaborations with national and international partners.
Our Audiences Insight team was formed a year ago combining the power of data analytics and market research and plays a key role in informing strategic decision making across the organisation to help us better fulfil on our mission, to reach new audiences and to better serve our existing ones.
You’ll support the Head of Audience Insight in managing our audience research programme, whilst working collaboratively with the data analysts and in doing so you’ll play a pivotal part at Tate as you help us make our audience broader and more diverse through research and intelligent insight. Through your work, we’ll build a better picture of current and potential audiences shaped by evidence.
You’ll come to us with a proven track record of using research data and insight to inform strategy and decision making together with the skills to analyse and interpret this data and extract relevant insight. A confident presenter with a flair for engaging and influencing others, you will have experience of briefing and managing research projects. Strong project management and organisational skills will be essential.
