Join our team at Tate Modern and be a part of the ground-breaking Tate Exchange programme.

This role will put you at the heart of the ground-breaking space and programme that is Tate Exchange, where we are exploring with artists, collaborators and the public the role of art in society. Taking over a whole floor of the Blavatnik Building we are working at a scale and visibility never seen before at the museum, attracting over 100,000 annually and working with over 60 partners from around the UK and world.

As the Tate Exchange Business and Operations Manager you will sit in a pivotal and strategic role within the team, leading on financial, developmental and logistical activity, working alongside the Head of Tate Exchange and with Tate Exchange’s Programme Manager and Production Manager, as well as with the wider Tate Exchange team and with Tate colleagues across all departments.

This is a key team role, essential to the sustained success of Tate Exchange and its ongoing strategic development and its programme delivery.

To be successful in this role you will have experience of managing the delivery of medium to large scale projects and be able to govern financial records and in-depth work with budgets. You will thrive within a busy office environment and your exemplary numerical skills, attention to detail and ability to foster good internal and external working relationships will set you apart. The role is suited to those wishing to extend their carer in arts management.
