Tate is looking for a Digital Director with experience delivering innovative content and revenue strategies, in order to strengthen an already world-leading digital presence.

As Digital Director you will build on the strength of Tate’s global brand to become an online publisher of rich content about art and artists, securing Tate position as the chosen destination for diverse audiences. You must be able to develop and implement inspirational content strategies across all digital media and deliver strong online visitor growth.

You will make effective use of online distribution channels and, working with colleagues and partners, put in place robust technology to ensure the website’s design and user experience are world-class, intuitive and easy to use. Your focus will be on creating an online destination that will invite audiences to learn, participate, interact, shop and visit the Tate galleries.

You will be a strategic leader, embracing innovation with a focus on execution and delivery. You will have experience driving online traffic, and converting that traffic to robust sales. You will enjoy creating high performing teams and collaborating across all parts of Tate.
