Dynamic Marketing Coordinator wanted at High End Real Estate Agency

Our client, a High End Real Estate Agency with a focus on exceptional period properties, is looking for a dynamic, ambitious individual with a passion for marketing to join its rapidly growing team.
The successful candidate will have at least two years of marketing experience, have a keen interest in design and will be excited by the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a forward-thinking company.
Role Specification:
  • Overseeing the company’s targeted direct marketing campaigns: liaising with designers, printers and mailing houses
  • Ensuring regular press coverage for the company and its properties, both nationally and internationally, and tracking all coverage
  • Generating and monitoring content across company social media channels, and working to significantly grow follower networks
  • Contributing to and editing the company’s online Journal, and commissioning freelance writers and photographers to contribute where necessary
  • Devising and editing all email newsletters and additional digital communications
  • Monitoring key marketing statistics, and reporting these to the team
  • Executing social media advertising campaigns and working with an external PPC consultant to oversee paid search campaigns
  • Managing and updating company contact databases
  • Customer and competitor research
Candidate Specification:
  • At least two years of marketing experience in a similar role
  • Good copywriting and editing skills and an understanding of how to adapt this to suit a brand voice
  • The ability to communicate successfully and develop ongoing relationships with key partners and press contacts
  • A good understanding of SEO
  • Proficiency working on paid social and PPC campaigns
  • An enthusiasm for, and understanding of, how to apply data and analytics
  • The capacity to self motivate and work independently
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage a large workload
  • An energetic and enthusiastic attitude, and a willingness to take on new tasks as they arise
  • The ability to problem solve, suggest creative solutions and identify new opportunities
  • A meticulous eye for detail
  • An interest in design
 This is a full time position based in London, to begin in February.
Salary £25,000 – 30,000
