Tate’s vision is to be the most artistically adventurous and culturally inclusive global art museum and the Visitor Experience Team aims to create an inspiring, engaging and inclusive arts experience for our audiences. As part of this vision, we’re seeking an experienced and motivated manager to take the lead on delivering a high-quality visitor communications service for visitors and front of house colleagues.

You’ll lead a team of Information Assistants, ensuring they offer support, advice and a broad range of information to visitors across multiple channels. You will develop and enhance opportunities for visitor feedback including social media and be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Information team at Tate Modern and Tate Britain. You will also manage the development and delivery of Tate information and knowledge, both for the public and other internal teams.

With experience of line management in a front-of-house role within a public visitor attraction, you’ll enable a team of Information Assistants to help visitors enjoy their experience of Tate and make the most of their visit. You’ll manage people with ease, your communication and organisational skills are strong, and you thrive working both in a team and alone.
