Intern – Client Advisory

Position Summary:

Provide day-to-day support to the Client Advisory Department in London.

Specific duties & responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Administrative Support

  • To support the team in the day to day running of the Department
  • Responsible for collecting and distributing post daily
  • Ensuring that all telephone calls are answered and messages passed on
  • Maintaining stationery supplies in the Department
  • Meeting clients at office, take to meeting room and assist with required refreshments
  • Liaising with IT to resolve any issues with office equipment
  • Arranging couriers, maintaining printers
  • Shipping requests and coordination
  • Maintain the catalogue inventory

Market Research

  • Prospective client research
  • Assist with ad-hoc client buying research and requirements

Miscellaneous

  • Any other tasks required as and when they arise
  • Assisting the team

Candidate skills & attributes:

  • Ability to demonstrate client facing experience
  • Strong IT skills with familiarity of all Microsoft packages
  • Previous work experience – either paid or voluntary
  • Language skills (fluent in English) plus one other language essential
  • Ability to prioritise and work under tight deadlines
  • Team player, motivated
  • Educated to degree level
  • Attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills
