Collection Care brings excellence and innovation to the care of Tate’s historic, contemporary and modern art, archive and library collections. The division facilitates Tate’s programme of acquisitions, exhibitions, displays, loans and international touring.

We are seeking an experienced and pro-active Planning, Finance and Administration Officer to work within the Planning and Administration Team.

The successful candidate will be a strong team player with demonstrable experience in providing effective financial support services. The post holder will work closely with the Planning and Development Manager to manage and enhance existing financial workflows along with assisting with budget analysis, forecasting and other reporting requirements.

The ability to manage a broad range of competing priorities, strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent attention to detail are also paramount in this role.

This position is offered on a fixed-term contract for 12 months
